Hourly Pay Range:
$30.60/hr (Entry Level) - $45.90/hr (15+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr Nights | +$2.00/hr Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available case by case

About the Role:

We are seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN) who is passionate about high-acuity patient care and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our intensive care team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with complex medical needs—delivering compassionate support while ensuring excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct ongoing assessments of ICU patients and respond to changes in condition.
Administer critical medications and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to plan and implement individualized care.
Document care delivery, assessments, and patient outcomes accurately.
Educate patients and families about treatments, procedures, and recovery expectations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic ICU environment.
Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

1+ year of recent acute care ICU RN experience required.
Will consider 2+ years of recent PCU RN experience.
Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days).
Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred).
BLS and ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire.
