🌟 Role & Responsibilities:

As an ER RN, you're central to providing critical emergency care.
Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Manage all personnel, supplies, and equipment in the Emergency Department.
Triage assessment, venipuncture for lab tests, and intervention in emergency situations are routine tasks.
Possibility of taking charge of the department as needed.

🎓 Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 6 months ER experience; although one year in Emergency Services or Free Standing ER is preferred. Note: Candidates with 2 years of acute Med-Surg or ICU experience can also be considered.
Education: ADN required, BSN preferred.
Licensure: Current Texas license.
Certifications: BLS or BLCLS, with ALS or ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC to be acquired post-hire (specified durations apply).

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Ranges from $27.42/hr (1 year of experience) to $40.45/hr (20 years of experience).
