Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Unit
Pay: $30 – $45/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 available
Shifts: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights)

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations on a fast-paced Medical-Surgical unit.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with policies and evidence-based standards.
Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and families to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform assessments, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Serve as a patient advocate while promoting safety and patient education.

Qualifications

Current RN license (compact license accepted).
Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply).
BLS required (ACLS may be required within 6 months of hire).
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
