Annual Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000 (with bonuses and annual increases)

Responsibilities:

👩‍⚕️ Provide leadership for planning, management, and implementation of Med-Surg unit operations.
🌟 Drive performance improvement initiatives and resource utilization strategies.
🎓 Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and stakeholders to enhance patient care delivery.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing (higher education preferred) with 5-10+ years of RN experience.
🩺 Progressive leadership experience (Manager-level or higher) in acute care settings.
🏥 Med/Surg, PCU/stepdown, or cardiac unit experience required.
📋 Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and APRN or RN licensure.
