  • Base Salary: $26.85 - $36.91/hr based on experience

📍 Location: Fredericksburg Rd. San Antonio, TX 78201
📅 Shifts: Various shifts including FT-Days (7-10 hrs with rotating weekends), FT-EVE (7-10 hrs/Weekdays Only), and standard 8-5 shifts
💰 Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $26.85 - $36.91/hr based on experience
  • Weekend Differentials: Additional $6.50/hr
  • On Call Pay: $5.00/hr
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 with a 2-year commitment, paid out on the 2nd/3rd check

🔍 Job Summary and Qualifications:

  • Education: High School graduate or GED preferred; Graduate of an accredited school of radiology or 10+ years of experience in modality.
  • Certification:
    • Certification as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT).
    • Current CPR certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
  • Experience: 2 years of outpatient experience preferred; recent graduates are also welcome to apply.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality mammograms and assist with related radiographic breast procedures.
  • Comply with Federal (MQSA) and State regulations, and ACR guidelines.
  • Prepare the mammography room and perform required quality control/assurance procedures.
  • Acquire and maintain computer skills necessary for proper equipment use and patient tracking.
  • Support the mission and vision of the organization while providing excellent customer service.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
