Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year (based on experience)
Bonus: 15% annual incentive + 2% annual merit raises
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

Overview

An established acute care hospital in Orlando, FL is seeking a Director of Women’s Services to lead Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units. This role provides 24/7 leadership to ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct women’s services operations, ensuring patient-centered care
Oversee Labor & Delivery (6-bed LDRP, 80-100 births/month) and Postpartum (24 beds)
Supervise two department managers and a total team of 100+ staff
Develop and implement quality improvement programs
Collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff

Requirements:

✔️ 2+ years of recent acute care L&D leadership experience (Manager level or higher)
✔️ Active RN license or Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
✔️ Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
✔️ BLS & ACLS certification (must obtain within 60 days of hire)
