Salary Range: $28.94 - $36.17 per hour (10 Years of Experience)
$43.41 per hour (20 years of experience)

Position: Registered Nurse Freestanding Emergency Room

Locations:

24 Hour Emergency Care - Edinburg Address: 2744 W. University Dr., Edinburg, TX 78539
24 Hour Emergency Care - McAllen Address: 5100 West Expressway 83, McAllen, TX 78501
FSED - Mission Address: 102 W. Griffin Parkway, Mission, TX 78572 (Exclusive: $20k SIGN-ON BONUS with a 2-year commitment)

Shifts Available:

Days: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Nights: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.

Pay Details:

Salary Range: $28.94 - $36.17 per hour (10 Years of Experience)
$43.41 per hour (20 years of experience)

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for ER patients.
Manage assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.
Participate in quality improvement activities.
Provide triage assessment and emergency interventions.
Charge department as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months recent FSED experience.
Proficiency in triage, transfers, STEMI, Sepsis, Stroke, and Trauma cases.
RN Bachelors or Associate Degree.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, NIH Stroke Scale, Trauma Nursing Core Course certification required within 30 days of employment.
