Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (5x8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM), with rotating weekends and on-call duties
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Echo Technologist to join our healthcare team in Tallahassee, FL. In this role, you will perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound imaging and assist with Transesophageal Echo procedures. You’ll work alongside a collaborative clinical team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain diagnostic cardiac ultrasound images using M-mode, color flow Doppler, and 2D imaging
Follow imaging protocols as recommended by IACEL
Assist physicians during Transesophageal Echo procedures
Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure timely and efficient patient care
Ensure accurate documentation and communication of imaging results
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, professional environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

Education:

Associate Degree or Certificate in Echocardiography

Certifications:

RCS (CCI) or RDCS (ARDMS) required
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

Experience:

Experience preferred, but new graduates with proper certifications are welcome to apply
