ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time
Location: Lake City, FL
Shifts: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Incentives:

Hourly Pay: $30.60/hr (Entry Level) – $45.90/hr (15+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr Nights | +$2.00/hr Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

Position Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care team in Lake City. This is a rewarding opportunity for a nurse who thrives in high-acuity, fast-paced settings and is passionate about providing lifesaving care with compassion and precision.

Responsibilities:

Conduct continuous assessments of critically ill patients
Administer critical medications and manage complex care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team including physicians and respiratory therapists
Accurately document all care, assessments, and interventions
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
Participate in code response and emergency interventions
Maintain infection control and ICU safety standards
Support quality improvement and best practice initiatives

Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ year of recent acute care ICU RN experience required (will consider 2+ years recent PCU experience)
Licensure: Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days)
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
