Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - PCU (Night Shift)

Base Pay Rate: $53.00/hr

Position Overview: We are excited to announce multiple openings for Registered Nurses in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) . As a night shift RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring positive outcomes for our patients.

Job Details:

Position: Registered Nurse - PCU (Progressive Care Unit)
Location: Jefferson City, MO 65101-1128
Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Number of Positions: 3
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in PCU
Certifications/Licenses: BLS and ACLS certification required; Missouri RN License in hand
COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement: Required - No Exemptions
Flu Vaccine Requirement: Required - No Exemptions

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and interpret vital signs and other clinical data.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Pay Rate: $53.00/hr
Overtime Multiplier: 1.5% for 40 total hours in 1 week
Additional Pay:
- Holiday: 1.5% (Observed Holidays: New Year's Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of Progressive Care Unit experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Missouri RN license must be in hand at the time of submission.
First-time travelers are welcome.
Pending licenses are accepted.
Candidates within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at a lower rate.
