Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry
Pay: $32 – $46/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 available
Shifts: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights)

Responsibilities

Deliver patient care in a monitored Telemetry unit, providing surveillance and intervention for patients with cardiac conditions.
Recognize and respond to EKG rhythm changes, escalating care appropriately.
Care for patients with complex cardiac conditions, chronic disease, or post-operative monitoring needs.
Work with interdisciplinary teams to design and adapt individualized care plans.
Document all patient care accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Current RN license (compact license accepted).
Minimum 1 year of Telemetry, Stepdown, or Progressive Care experience preferred.
BLS and ACLS required (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
