Position Title: Respiratory Therapist- Ocala, FL

Salary range for RRT new grads starts at $24.93, and with 10 years’ experience, it can be $30.54. For CRT, it's $22.66 for new grads and $27.76 for those with 10 years’ experience. All pay rates are negotiable.
Night Shift differential: $4
There is no weekend differential.
Sign-on bonus of up to $15k

Description: The hospital system encompasses several medical facilities in the region, including a Level II Trauma Center, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, orthopedic care, joint replacement, robotic surgery, cardiac and vascular services, emergency, neurological, and rehabilitation services, among others.

Position Summary:

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will perform all respiratory care-related duties.
They will set up and administer all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients across all age groups.
The RRT will be responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation.
In the absence of the full-time Team Leader, Respiratory Therapists should be self-directed.
The RRT will maintain all department and hospital records, ensuring accurate information is entered into the hospital computer system for the therapy provided.

Requirements:

Florida licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist or eligible for state licensure.

Additional Information:

Night shifts available (rotating weekends)
12-hour shifts
Open to candidates of all experience levels, including new grads
Must be registered, preferably with a Florida license or willing to obtain one
