🌟 Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) Opportunity in Richland Hills, TX 🌟

Pay: $34/hr to $60/hr

Shift: Nights (Including rotating weekends)

As an ICU RN on our team, you will be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing direct patient care in line with established standards.
Designing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating an individualized plan of care for each assigned patient.
Recognizing and addressing educational needs for both patients and their families.
Efficiently administering medications, IV therapy, and treatments.

Qualifications:

BSN preferred; will consider ADN with CNO approval.
Active RN licensure (Texas or compact). Texas State RN license required within 30 days of hire.
Current CPR/ACLS certification.
A minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience in an acute care setting.

Salary Range: Starting from $34 (with 1 year of experience) up to $54 (with 18+ years of experience).
Shift Differentials: Additional $4.30 for weekends and $3.75 for nights.
