⚙️ Job Summary: Duties

Assist during surgical procedures with expertise in aseptic techniques.
Set up equipment and sterile supplies, pull cases, and break down procedures.
Knowledgeable in instrumentation, equipment, and supply needs across surgical specialties.

✅ Qualifications:

Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC), CST Certification preferred.
Registration as a Surgical Tech by regulatory agencies.
Graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians.
Minimum one year of Surgery Technician experience.

💰 Compensation:

Hourly Wage Estimate: $26.00 - $39.01 (Based on experience and skills).
Additional differentials for evening, weekend, and night shifts.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (Paid within 30 days of employment, with a 2-year commitment).
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis, $5,000 for Out of State Candidates.

📈 Annualized Pay Ranges:

Minimum Annual Salary: $54,080 (based on $26.00/hour, 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year).
Maximum Annual Salary: $81,104.80 (based on $39.01/hour, 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year).
