Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership ensuring safe, quality patient care in a telemetry environment.
Uphold nursing policies and procedures meeting legal, accrediting, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare team members for seamless patient care.
Develop and implement programs for continuous quality improvement in nursing care.

Qualifications:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse as per state regulations.
Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
American Heart Association BLS certification.
ACLS certification within 6 months of hire or transfer.
Previous acute care experience strongly preferred.
Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in PC skills.

Position Details:

Patient Ratio: 6:1

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $77,896 to $116,833 based on experience.
Relocation: Up to $10,000 relocation assistance available.
