Role and Responsibilities:

🏡 Provide personalized at-home infusion care in Waipahu.
💉 Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other specialized infusion treatments.
📊 Perform patient health assessments, adapting care plans as needed.
📝 Ensure detailed treatment documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care.
🧰 Maintain infusion equipment to high standards.
🎓 Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and overall health management.

Qualifications:

🎓 Nursing degree with significant RN experience, or experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
🆔 Valid nursing license in Hawaii.
❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
🚗 Ability to travel locally in Waipahu for patient visits.
💻 Proficient in EMR and healthcare software use.
