Position Overview:

Shifts:
- Days (Rotating Weekends)

Join our Orthopedics unit, where collaboration and team spirit are at the forefront. As a Registered Nurse in our unit, you'll be an integral part of a seasoned and diverse team, focusing on providing care for a varied demographic of medical-surgical ortho patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the health status and needs of patients, interpreting health data and practicing preventive care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Employ a systematic approach to provide tailored, goal-directed nursing care.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver care within the scope of practice, emphasizing the nursing process and outcomes for the Ortho Service Line.

Requirements:

BSN is a must (ADN applications won't be considered).
Valid TX RN license or its compact equivalent.
Minimum of one year's recent experience in an acute care hospital setting in the specialty.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation & Benefits:
