Are you a Pharmacist looking to make a meaningful impact on patient care? We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Pharmacist to join our outpatient team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Cleaning and Maintaining Controlled Environments: You'll play a vital role in ensuring that our pharmacy environments meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Prescription Filling: Your expertise will be put to good use as you fill blister card and package prescriptions, ensuring patients receive the right medications on time.
Controlled Environment Access: You should be comfortable gowning and garbing to access controlled environments, following strict protocols to maintain safety.
Assisting Compounders: Collaborate with our team of compounders, providing valuable support and contributing to the preparation of specialty medications.
Sterilization Preparation: Help prepare tools for the sterilization process, ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized.
Transferring and Cleaning: Transfer items from unclassified to classified environments using sporicidal agents, playing a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Requirements:

CO Certification: You must hold a Colorado Certification as a Pharmacist to be considered for this role.
Cleanroom Experience: Experience working in a controlled environment is essential, and the ability to follow strict protocols is a must.
Patient-Centric: We're looking for individuals who are committed to ensuring patients receive the highest level of care through their pharmacy services.
Vaccination Status: COVID-19 vaccination is required, with medical or religious exemptions considered. Flu vaccination status is currently unknown.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Pay Rate: $40.00 -$45.00 per hour
Overtime Multiplier: 1.5% (Applies to 40 total hours in 1 week or 12 total hours in a day)
Charge Nurse: Additional $5.00
On Call: Additional $10.00
Call Back: 1.5%

Orientation: All hours are billable.

Travel Compliance: A minimum lead time of 1.5 weeks/10 calendar days + (Quick Starts okay) from Booking to Start is required to account for Credentialing/Compliance.

CO License/Certification: Your Colorado License/Certification must be in hand at the time of submission; no exceptions.
