💵 Salary: $30 - $44.50/hr + Shift Differentials

Role and Responsibilities:

🏥 Provide nursing care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care units.
💉 Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
📈 Monitor patient conditions, adapting care plans to meet their evolving needs.
🤝 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
📚 Educate patients and families, guiding them through treatment processes and healthcare management.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master’s in Nursing preferred.
🆔 Current RN license in North Carolina; eNLC licensure applicable.
❤️ Mandatory BLS certification; advanced certifications desired.
🚀 At least 2 years of acute care experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry settings.
