🌟 Join Our Team: We are looking for RNs to join our Pediatric Cardiac ICU, committed to providing critical care with a focus on heart conditions in pediatric patients.

Role and Responsibilities:

🌙 Shifts Available: Nights, 3-12hr Shifts with rotating weekends.
❤️️ Provide critical care for pediatric patients with cardiac conditions.
🩺 Manage tasks including administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and ventilator support.
📋 Utilize computerized systems for documentation and ensure efficient coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals.
🚼 Offer education and support to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth discharge process.
🛡️ Adhere to strict safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

🎓 Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred or ASN with enrollment in a BSN program.
📜 Current Nevada RN license or pending license acceptable.
🚑 BCLS/BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred within one year of hire.
🔍 At least 1 year of Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience or related acute care pediatric experience.
💪 Skills in critical thinking, communication, and handling fast-paced environments.

💵 Salary: $45.35-$64.37/hr + Shift Differentials: $2.10/Nights & $1.50/Weekends
