Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities:

· Provides nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas of responsibility.

· Collaborates with physicians and other departments to coordinate the needs of patients and their families.

· Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.

· Supports the mission and vision of the facility, division and company.

· Assures quality care through the initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement process.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.

· Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.

· American Heart Association BCLS and ACLS is required and maintained.

· Neonate Resuscitate required and maintained.

· Three (3) years current clinical nursing experience required.

· Minimum 2 years of management experience and 2 years of LDRP/NICU staff nurse experience

Salary Estimate: $85,000 - $120,000
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Paid on First Paycheck
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis
