Salary Range:

2 Years of Experience: $30.69/hr
5 Years of Experience: $33.71/hr
17+ Years of Experience: Up to $43.20/hr

Shift Differentials:

Nights: +$4.25/hr
Weekends: +$3.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus:

$15,000 for Day Shift
$25,000 for Night Shift

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Schedule Options:

Day Shift – Rotating weekends
Night Shift – Rotating weekends

Overview

As a Neurology RN, you’ll play a critical role in caring for patients with neurological and stroke-related conditions, ensuring high standards of patient safety, education, and recovery. Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions upon admission and during scheduled shifts
Implement provider orders for medications, procedures, and monitoring
Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic or adverse effects
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Serve as an advocate and resource for patients and their support networks
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nurses to provide patient-centered care

Qualifications

License: Active RN license in Florida or Compact RN license (required)
Experience: 1 year of recent (within the past 4 years) acute care RN experience (required)
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (required); BSN (preferred)
Certifications:
- BLS – must be obtained within 30 days of employment
- ACLS preferred
