Key Responsibilities

Triage, assess, and treat patients across all age groups in an emergency care environment
Develop and execute individualized care plans to support optimal outcomes
Prioritize and manage multiple emergency cases efficiently
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff for coordinated patient care
Provide patient education and post-care instructions, including necessary referrals

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent acute care ER RN experience
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
Licensure: Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license (or ability to obtain before start)
Certifications Required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – prior to start
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – within 90 days of hire
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – within 90 days of hire
