Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 (based on years of experience)
Shift Differentials:
- $4.75 for Nights
- $3.00 for Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (paid in 6-month increments)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in a hospital setting. You’ll be responsible for administering medications, documenting patient progress, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg patients
Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and responses
Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and post-discharge care

Qualifications:

Licensure:

Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact license
(Florida license required within 90 days of hire)

Education:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred

Certifications:

BLS from the American Heart Association (required within 30 days of hire)

Experience:

2–3 years of recent acute care or LTACH experience preferred
Willing to train nurses with LTACH backgrounds

Interview Requirement:

Onsite interviews are required
