Position: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Location: 1650 Galisteo St, Santa Fe, NM 87505
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Hours: 35 hours per week (No weekend rotation)
Facility: 118-bed upscale nursing home offering long-term and short stay care

Job Summary:
Casa Real, rated 4.0 stars on Google, is looking for a dedicated PTA to join our team in providing exceptional care in a long-term and short-stay setting. This is a full-time position in the picturesque city of Santa Fe, known for its unique blend of cultures, history, and art.

Qualifications:

Appropriate licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New Mexico
Previous experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
Commitment to providing compassionate and skilled physical therapy services

Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services under the direction of a PT
Support patient care plans to improve mobility and overall health
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to a positive, healing environment
