Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Residential Treatment & Recovery Care
Hunt, TX | Full-Time | All Shifts Available
Base Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift Differentials:
Weeknight Evening/Night (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) → +$2.25/hr
Weekend Day (6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) → +$3.25/hr
Weekend Night (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) → +$4.75/hr
Overview
Join a respected inpatient recovery program dedicated to helping adults reclaim their lives from substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. As an LVN, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in providing compassionate medical support throughout the detox and residential recovery process.
In this role, your clinical skill and empathy help create a safe, therapeutic environment where every patient is treated with dignity and hope.
Responsibilities
Deliver nursing care and support under RN supervision.
Administer medications accurately and monitor for side effects or withdrawal symptoms.
Assist with patient assessments, admissions, and discharge processes.
Document all interventions, observations, and outcomes in the EMR.
Communicate effectively with physicians, RNs, and counseling teams.
Provide patient education on medications and recovery-related health topics.
Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications
Required:
Current TX LVN license
BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
1+ year of nursing experience (acute or behavioral health preferred)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Experience in detox, substance use, or residential recovery settings
Compensation & Benefits
