Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Base Pay Rate: $50.00/hr

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team . As an RN in the Santa Maria territory, you will provide essential care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Job Details:

Position: Registered Nurse - Home Health
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Unit: Home Health
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience; Oasis experience required
Certifications/Licenses: CA License in hand; BLS/CPR required; Allscripts/NetSmart experience a plus
COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement: Required + Booster (Medical/Religious Exemptions only)
Flu Vaccine Requirement: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting.
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Pay Rate: $50.00/hr
Overtime Multiplier: 1.5% for 40 total hours in 1 week
Additional Pay:
- Holiday: 1.5% (Observed Holidays: New Year's Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Requirements:

CA license must be in hand at the time of submission.
Minimum of 1.5 weeks/10 calendar days lead time required for Credentialing/Compliance.
Quick starts are okay, but sufficient lead time is necessary for credentialing.
Oasis experience is required.
