Location: Panama City, FL
Hourly Pay Range: $26.40 – $39.60 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

About the Role

Join our compassionate and collaborative team as an Inpatient Rehab RN, providing high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, surgery, or injury in a post-acute rehabilitation environment. This role offers the opportunity to guide patients through recovery and help them regain their independence with the support of an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Available Shifts

Days (Rotating Weekends)
Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive and individualized nursing care to rehab patients
Partner with therapists, physicians, and care teams to support recovery goals
Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and rehabilitation milestones
Promote patient safety, mobility, and independence through therapeutic interventions
Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards

Qualifications

1+ years of recent inpatient rehab RN experience required
Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact license
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required
BSN preferred
BLS (AHA) certification required
CRRN certification preferred
