🚀 Job Summary: As a Telemetry RN at our Hospital , you'll oversee critical patient care following established policies, procedures, and protocols. Your focus will be on cardiovascular care within a high-volume 36-bed unit, with an RN-to-patient ratio of 1:4. Duties and responsibilities include:

Monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
Administering medications, IVs, and blood products.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and adjust care plans.
Providing education to patients and families on disease processes and self-care.
Operating and maintaining telemetry equipment.
Responding to medical emergencies and codes.
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

📋 Requirements:

Education: Accepting ADN but BSN required within 24 months of hire.
Licensure: Current TX RN licensure or valid compact license, Current BLS Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association), Current ACLS (American Heart Association).
Experience: Minimum of recent one-year experience as an RN in a high-acuity Telemetry Unit.
Additional Information: Minimum of 1 Acute RN experience in Telemetry, strong Med-surg experience (3+ years) considered, BLS and ACLS certification required.

💲 Salary and Compensation:

Minimum: $30/hour (1 year of experience)
Mid: $38.87/hour (10 years of experience)
Max: $46/hour (20 years of experience)
Relocation: Case by case basis
Shift Differentials: To be announced
