Location: Kingwood, TX
Schedule: Full-time | Evening Shift
Compensation: $39.04 - $58.56/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

A well-respected medical facility in Kingwood is seeking a strong and experienced Emergency Room Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations during evening shifts. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced acute care RN leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about advancing care and empowering teams.

Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate all functions within the Emergency Room
Serve as a resource for staff development, education, and clinical oversight
Ensure high-quality patient care in line with nursing and hospital standards
Collaborate with leadership to manage staffing, policy enforcement, and unit operations

Qualifications:

2+ years of recent acute care leadership experience in the Emergency Department
Active RN license in Texas (or compact license with Texas licensure within 90 days)
BSN required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
TNCC and PALS required
