Compensation:

Salary Range: $91,624 – $128,294 (commensurate with experience)
Typical Starting Salary: Around $100,000 for candidates new to management

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Nursing Manager to lead our Medical Telemetry unit. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of a high-acuity, progressive care telemetry unit
Ensure compliance with clinical care standards and regulatory requirements
Lead quality and patient satisfaction initiatives to improve outcomes and experience
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization effectively
Mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and continuous improvement
Collaborate with charge nurses, peer managers, and leadership to drive performance

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent acute care leadership experience (Charge RN, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, or House Supervisor)
Minimum 5 years of total RN experience
Active RN license in the state of Missouri or compact license
BLS certification required upon hire
ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred but not required)

Unit Information:

Unit Size: 25 beds
Team Structure: Includes RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and monitor techs
Support System: Backed by a strong leadership team including charge nurses, peer managers, and the Director of Acute Care
