Responsibilities:

👩‍⚕️ Lead the perioperative team and ensure safe patient care.
🌟 Advance the customer experience in Surgical Services.
🎓 Coach and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with standards of care.
🔍 Monitor and evaluate care quality and regulatory compliance.
🚀 Support new program strategies to expand patient services.
💵 Manage fiscal resources and equipment for operational excellence.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
🩺 Current RN licensure in Florida required.
👩‍💼 3+ years of leadership experience in surgical services preferred.
🏥 Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) and Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred.
