Shifts Available: Days & Nights | Rotating Weekends
Compensation: $30.04 - $41.50 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: $4.00/hour for Nights & Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: Available case by case
Relocation Assistance: Available case by case

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Medical-Surgical team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse environment, caring for patients with medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurologic conditions. It’s an excellent opportunity to strengthen your clinical skills in a Level I Trauma facility committed to exceptional patient care and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments aligned with care standards and protocols
Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to optimize outcomes
Provide direct patient care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff
Educate patients and families, addressing emotional and cultural needs throughout treatment

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience (recent experience not required)
Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
Licensure/Certification:
- Active RN license in the state of Missouri or compact state
- BLS certification required upon hire

Unit Focus: Med/Surg with emphasis on Neuro, Ortho, and Nephrology
Beds: 49
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1
