Position: Director of Cardiovascular Services

salary range: $130k - $170k, complemented by an incentive bonus.

Location: SOUTH AUSTIN, TX

Job Overview: Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Director of Cardiovascular Services. In this leadership role, you'll oversee key cardiovascular departments, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff training, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Lead and integrate department services, ensuring seamless operations and collaboration across departments.
Policy Development: Create, implement, and review policies and procedures to guide and support cardiovascular services.
Financial Oversight: Manage the financial operations of the cardiovascular departments, ensuring budget adherence and fiscal responsibility.
Staff Development: Ensure comprehensive orientation for new employees and continuous training for the team.
Medical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the medical staff and nursing, ensuring clear communication and meeting medical staff needs.

Qualifications:

ACLS, BLS certifications.
BSN required.
Active RN license.
Minimum of 5 years in progressive CV leadership roles.

Additional Details:

Role includes oversight of 3 cath labs, a day-patient area, and a heart valve clinic with 7 beds.
Competitive salary range: $130k - $170k, complemented by an incentive bonus.
