Salary Range:

Under 1 year: $27.42/hour
2-3 years: $29.89/hour
4-5 years: $31.12/hour
6-7 years: $32.36/hour
9-10+ years: $33.59/hour
16+ years: $36.95/hour

Shift Differential: +3.25 /hour for Nights, Sign−On Bonus: 15,000 (Days) & $25,000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview:
Ocala Health, a comprehensive healthcare network including a 256-bed and 174-bed hospital, is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs). Our hospitals provide a variety of services, including robotic surgery, cardiac care, and are a Level II Trauma Center. The RRT will provide all respiratory care-related duties, including administering complex respiratory therapy procedures and managing acute care ventilators for patients of all ages.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform all respiratory therapy procedures and ventilator management.
Maintain department records and ensure accurate data entry.
Operate acute care ventilators for mechanical ventilation.
Work independently in the absence of a Team Leader.

Qualifications:

1+ years of recent acute care RRT experience required.
Florida-licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist or eligible for state licensure.
CRT experience will not be considered.
