Compensation: $33.60 - $50.40 per hour (based on experience)
Relocation: Case by Case Basis
Sign-On Bonus: Up To $15,000

Job Description:

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in an interdisciplinary team. Your specialized skills will benefit a broad range of patients, which may include adults, adolescents, geriatrics, or pediatrics. You'll help ensure each procedure goes smoothly, manage post-procedure workloads, and serve as a resource for all staff members. If needed, you may also rotate to areas outside the OR, only performing duties you are competent in.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room
Prepare for each procedure by ensuring adequate stock and appropriate equipment are available
Manage post-procedure duties, such as cleaning rooms, putting away unused supplies, and setting up for the next procedure
Serve as a resource person, teacher, and supervisor in accordance with staff competency levels

Qualifications:

Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum of one year experience in an OR setting required
ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire
CNOR certification preferred

Additional Information:

Level I trauma experience is a plus

Shift Information: 12 Hour Shifts, 10 Hours also considered
