🌙 Shift: Days / Nights (Rotating Weekends)

🏥 Position Summary: As an RN in the Pediatrics Super Pool at our Hospital , you'll play a vital role in the care of critically ill pediatric patients. Your responsibilities include:

Performing direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, focusing on acute and critically ill pediatric cases.
Floating to various units including NICU, Pedi ICU, Pedi Congenital ICU, and Pedi ED.
Organizing, implementing, modifying, evaluating, documenting, and maintaining individualized, family-centered, and holistic care plans.
Creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
Supporting hospital initiatives and process improvement.
Delivering high-quality age-specific care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients.
Aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

📜 Qualifications:

BSN is required. (Candidates without a BSN can enroll in our Tuition-Free ADN to BSN program with CNO approval; online program duration is approximately one year).
3-6 years of RECENT ACUTE CARE RN experience in Pediatric ICU, Pediatric CVICU, or NICU.
Must be able to work in at least 4 of the following areas, with 2 of them being critical care: NICU, PICU, CHSU, NCICU, Peds ED, 6D, 6N, Stem Cell Transplant (pediatric patients).
TX RN License or Compact License.
Current Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

💲 Salary and Compensation:

Flat Rate: $53/hour
RN Shift Differentials:
- Nights: $3.75
- Weekends: $4.30
