- 🕐 Shift: Full Time | 🌙 Nights: 7p-7a Rotating Weekends - 3X12’s | 🌞 Mid: 12hr shift starting at 10a, 1p, and 3p.

📜 Duties & Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment:
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Prioritize patient needs and coordinate care.
- Care Delivery:
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide interventions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Emergency Response:
- Attend to trauma and emergency cases, ensuring swift action and adherence to protocols.
- Documentation:
- Maintain clear, concise, and accurate patient records in the electronic health system.
- Patient and Family Education:
- Guide patients and families regarding treatment plans, potential risks, and post-discharge care.
- Continuous Learning:
- Participate in training, workshops, and seminars to maintain current knowledge in the field.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work cohesively with physicians, paramedics, and other nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes.
- Adherence to Protocols:
- Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
📋 Requirements:
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or a compact license.
- Must-have certifications: ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association.
- Get geared with TNCC and ENPC (or AHA's PALS certification) within 18 months of diving in with us.
- Education: The golden standard? A BSN! But passionate ADNs, we're looking at you too.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 vibrant years in acute ER settings.
