Your Role and Responsibilities: As the Manager of Behavioral Health, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, staffing, and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of our unit. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing plans, policies, and procedures to efficiently provide quality care. Qualifications:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of SC or must hold a Compact/Multi-State RN License.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross are required.
5+ years of managerial experience; ACUTE CARE experience is required.
Leadership experience is a must.

Additional Information:

Experience in an inpatient behavioral health unit within an acute care system is essential.
You'll directly supervise Nurses and PCTs in the unit.
This vacancy resulted from the promotion of the previous incumbent to a Director role within the hospital.
You'll report directly to the Program Director.
