Position Summary:

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the leadership of all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision and strategic goals. The Manager ensures alignment of all systems to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, while focusing on people, services, and financial stewardship. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, families, physicians, peers and other departments to move the organization forward. .

Qualifications:

·3 years of recent management acute L&D experience

·Bachelor’s Degree required

Additional Information:

FTE: 32.25

Salary Range: $84k- $105k (10 years of experience) - $120k (20 years of experience)

Sign on Bonus: UP TO 10k

Relocation: UP TO 12k
