Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Weekends
Compensation: $42.36 - $61.50 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager – Surgical Services to lead PACU, Endoscopy, ENT, and Pre-Op operations. This role is ideal for a surgical services leader with a strong background in OR management and experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and evaluate Sterile Processing, Surgery, Outpatient, PACU, and Endoscopy departments
Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, AHCA, and regulatory standards
Maintain operational efficiency, budget oversight, and patient care coordination
Oversee program development, marketing strategies, and performance management
Develop and manage staff training, retention, and leadership initiatives

Qualifications

Active Florida RN license (or Compact RN License meeting FL requirements)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years of clinical Surgical Services nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
Minimum 3 years of Operating Room management experience required
Certifications (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held):
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
