Salary: $26.12/hr. (rate increases based on prior healthcare experience)

The Residency is an intensive program designed to provide new graduate nurses with the necessary skills and experience in acute care nursing.

Requirements:

Current TN RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing within the past 1 year
Self-motivated with strong communication skills
All candidates must have active OPT (Optional Practical Training) employment authorization for a year.

$5K relocation assistance for candidates living 50+ miles away.

Sign-on Bonus:

Med-Surg/PCU - $12,500K Quarterly ($7.5K Upfront option)
