Title: Lead Radiology Technician - Evening Shift (Weekdays Only)

Salary Range: $25.41 - $34.94 per hour (Depending on years of experience)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,000

Position Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Radiology Technician and take on a crucial role in the Imaging Department, overseeing XRAY, C-Arm, Portable, and Surgery procedures during evening shifts on weekdays (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). In this leadership role, you will ensure the highest quality patient care, supervise imaging technologists and support techs, manage staff, supplies, and equipment, and provide guidance to achieve departmental goals. Flexibility and initiative are essential as you respond to the department's varying needs and uphold radiation safety standards. Your contributions will support our mission, vision, and commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Supervise imaging technologists and support techs.
Maintain 24/7 responsibilities for XRAY, C-Arm, and Portable scans.
Manage fiscal responsibilities related to staff, supplies, staffing, and equipment.
Provide leadership and vision to achieve department goals.
Support the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Demonstrate flexibility in response to the department's unexpected needs.
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and state requirements.

Qualifications:

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification is required.
Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.
Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist or State Registered Radiologic Technician.
3-5 years of Rad Tech experience preferred (Recent acute care experience strongly preferred).
