Role and Responsibilities:

🚑 Assist in all aspects of invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
📊 Manage patient care from transport to procedure through recovery, maintaining meticulous records and communication.
📋 Ensure effective communication within the team, using structured handoff protocols to enhance patient safety and care continuity.
🤝 Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families.
🔄 Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a high-stress environment, readily adapting to emergent situations.

Qualifications:

🎓 Associate’s Degree in nursing required, Bachelor’s preferred.
❤️ Current nursing license and good standing required. Specific credentials in Cath Lab nursing highly preferred.
💼 Minimum 2-3 years of Cath Lab experience or 5+ years in a high acuity setting such as ICU.
🚑 Required certifications: BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
🕒 Shift: 12-hour shifts, Daytime with rotational weekend and holiday call.

Here are the hourly pay ranges for different experience brackets:

0-5 years: $38.79 - $42.68
6-10 years: $43.95 - $49.25
10-15 years: $49.25 - $53.68
15-20 years: $53.68 - $56.74

Shift Differentials:

Evening Shift Differential: $2.75/Hour
Night Shift Differential: $4.65/Hour
Weekend Shift Differential: $2.50/Hour
On-Call: $4.50/Hour

Certification Pay:

Techs: Additional $1.00/hr
