Job Summary:

Direct and manage the operations of the nursing unit for quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
Ensure staff performance and departmental responsibilities are met per policies and procedures.
Act as a liaison with patients, physicians, and employees to maintain high-quality patient care.
Promote teamwork, customer satisfaction, and resource management.

Plan, direct, and manage department and staff for quality service on a 24-hour basis.
Meet JCAHO Standards and corporate policies, manage supplies and equipment, and promote internal and external customer satisfaction.
