Schedule: Full-Time, Days (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: $39.12− $58.68/hr based on experience

Position Overview:
Join a leading acute care facility in Salem, VA, as the RN Manager for the Inpatient Physical Rehab Unit. This role is instrumental in overseeing the coordination and integration of services within the department, focusing on safe, compassionate care. As the RN Manager, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and program development that supports staff growth, patient care, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and integrate services within the department and collaborate with other departments.
Oversee daily department operations, providing clinical services as needed.
Establish and enforce department policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Support program development, strategic planning, and budget management.
Lead staff development, including recruitment, retention, supervision, and professional growth.
Develop and implement a marketing plan for internal and external referral sources.
Serve as a mentor on clinical issues and act as a role model for staff and patients.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Associate's Degree required, BSN preferred.
Licensure: Active Virginia Registered Nurse license.
Experience: 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
Certifications: BLS required; Certified Rehab Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.

35-bed Inpatient Physical Rehab Unit.
Nurse-to-patient ratios based on acuity.
Interdisciplinary rounds conducted daily.
