Your Role and Responsibilities:

🌟 Lead and oversee the overall function and staffing of the postpartum department, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
💼 Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to support facility objectives and enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
🤝 Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and communication to meet patient care needs and promote efficiency.
🏥 Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, developing and implementing policies in alignment with best practices.
🎓 Cultivate a superior clinical identity by identifying evidence-based practices and promoting continuous improvement in care delivery.
💰 Participate in budget planning, monitoring department performance, and implementing actions to address performance gaps.

Qualifications and Benefits:

🎓 BSN required, along with Basic Cardiac Life Support and Registered Nurse certification.
💼 2+ years of leadership experience and 3+ years in healthcare.
