Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Manager of CVOR RN to lead our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team. This is a full-time position with administrative call requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

As the Nurse Manager of CVOR, you will:

Oversee daily operations of the CVOR, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflows.
Provide clinical support and leadership to the surgical services team, including RNs and surgical techs.
Collaborate with the Director of Surgical Services to implement performance improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Serve as a resource for the CVOR team, fostering a culture of teamwork and adaptability.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Licensure: Current RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (must obtain Texas RN license within 90 days if compact).
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. CNOR certification preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as an OR Circulator, with at least 3 years in CVOR.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in an acute care setting.
