Nurse Manager of Pediatric ICU - No Weekends.

Competitive salary: $48/hr. - $62/hr.
Sign ON: $20,000 Bonus (Paid Within the first 30 days of employment)

Shift Details:

Days, 7-10 Hours/Weekdays Only

Job Summary: As the Nurse Manager of Pediatric ICU, you'll be responsible for the overall functioning of the department, supporting the mission, vision, values, and goals of the facility. This role demands critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills for managing complex operations and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold patient safety and high-quality care standards in the PICU.
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Manage staffing, budgeting, business planning, and physician relations.
Develop and implement departmental initiatives and improvements.
Oversee staff training and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master’s preferred.
3-5 years’ management experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Current RN license with BLS and PALS certification.
