Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Full-Time Nights

Advance your nursing career as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This leadership role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and exceptional support while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
Rotating Weekends: 2 weekends per month (Friday - Sunday).
Salary Range: 34.24−34.24−45.75/hr (based on experience).
Shift Differentials:
- Nights: +$3.75/hr
- Weekends: +$6.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for candidates relocating 50+ miles).

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
Serve as a resource for staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback.
Support improved patient outcomes and an unparalleled care experience.
Assist with staff scheduling and oversee the admission/discharge process.
Monitor and manage a 34-bed PCU caring for patients with:
- Chest pain, CVA/TIA, sepsis, and pulmonary complications.
- Drips including cardizem, amiodarone, heparin, and lasix.
- Neuro and COVID-related conditions.

Who You Are:

Licensed: Active RN license required.
Educated: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Experienced: Previous Charge Nurse experience required.
Certified:
- BLS: Required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS: Required within 30 days of hire.
- NIHSS Stroke Certification: Required within 30 days of hire.
